Well done to Jarvis, Jayden and Will on their advertising project. They have produced a fantastic games console that will provide hours of entertainment for the whole family. Mr Campbell, Mr Lowe and Miss Ball are impressed with the creativity and effort all students have shown in producing their projects. Well done Grade 3/4L.

OUR LAST GYMNASTICS SESSION
Today was our last day of gymnastics with Terry. For the last eight weeks Terry has been coaching us in doing somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, balancing and using parallel bars and Roman rings. We are so proud of our efforts and how much we have improved. Thanks Terry for being so patient and encouraging us to do our best. We look forward to doing gymnastics again next year!

LOTS OF WATER
After all the heavy rain that fell in the mountains and hills near Wangaratta, the water made its way into creeks, streams and ended up in the Ovens and King rivers. These two rivers meet in Wangaratta and because they had so much water in them, parts of Wangaratta were flooded. Lots of roads were closed, people were evacuated from their houses and Wangaratta was surrounded by water. We could only see the top of Yogi Bear's head in the Playground at Apex Park. Daniel couldn't get to school on Monday because the roads were blocked near Edi where he was staying for the weekend.
We were meant to have our school athletics sports on Monday but they were cancelled. We hope to have them on tomorrow.

Woolwrapping
In Art this morning Mrs Moore asked us to do some wool wrapping. We had to use tonal colors. If our cardboard was blue, then we had to use wool that had blue tones in it. We could change our wool during the wrapping but only if it had the same color tone. We made some crazy wrap patterns. Do you like our creations?
Advert Project
During the term we have been writing using persuasive genre. To celebrate all we have done and know we are now working on a project where we get to design our own adds. Our adds can be done as a poster, brochure, radio or TV commercial. This will be a lot of fun and we will post some of our work on the blog for all to see!
